Shipping time is 8-14 working days

Order Cut-Off Time

The order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT). After 12:00 PM (GMT) we no longer process orders received on that day. One day gets added to the delivery time estimate for orders processed after the cut-off time.

 

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@xoxotica.com 

 

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy

 

Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please get in touch with customer service with the next steps.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a delivery tracking number within 24 to 48 hours. If you place an order on Friday, you may receive the delivery tracking number on the following Monday or Tuesday
